Do I need to come to the pharmacy in person?

Not at all. A consultation by phone or video chat is just as effective and confidential. An expert will be fully focused on your needs. You’ll get answers to all of your questions and personalized advice on the other end of the line or onscreen, without leaving home, without having to sit in a waiting room, and with no wasted time.

Is there a charge for deliveries?

No. We don’t charge anything to deliver our products, and we deliver to anywhere in Québec, directly to your home, your workplace or an infusion clinic.

What sets you apart from other pharmacies?

We are dedicated, devoted pharmacists and we’ve taken training on complex diseases and illnesses. Our expertise in specialized medications and treatments is highly advanced. For each complex treatment we offer, we take training specific to the medication and management of side effects, and we conduct a review of the scientific literature. Plus, thanks to their experience, our pharmacists have developed many points of contact with specialist physicians and their treatment teams, which makes for optimized communications and synergies. We offer advice and follow-up throughout your entire course of treatment.

Can you help me with my private insurance provider?

Yes, we can. We have the knowledge and the forms required to handle all requests and ensure the proper follow-up. We also have the right expertise to file an appeal if you’re rejected.

Will you talk to my doctor if you need to clarify anything?

We analyse all prescribed treatments before handing medications over to patients. We have access to the Québec Health Record and, in turn, to the list of medications you’ve previously been prescribed, and to the results of blood tests that are relevant to us.
